Une parenthèse hors du temps et du quotidien de nos agendas souvent trop chargés.

Je vous propose une après-midi de détente et de relaxation totale dans notre espace retraite niché en pleine nature.

Imaginez une après-midi, sans aucune obligation, rien à faire, nulle part où aller .

Ici et maintenant, profitez du silence, d’ activités relaxantes, lâcher prise et  laissez-vous complètement aller à la paresse .

Cette après-midi sera également une opportunité de se retrouver entre francophones dans un cadre de références communes et dans une ambiance décontractée.

Tous nos cours et nos séances seront proposés en français à l’ exception de l’ atelier massage qui sera animé par Justyna en anglais (une traduction simultanée sera proposée si nécessaire).

Durant l’après-midi , vous serez totalement libres de composer votre retraite, vous pourrez  suivre le programme proposé ou décider de vous échapper un instant pour profiter du jardin, vous isoler pour lire ou même faire une sieste…

Le programme de l’ après-midi inclus : 

  • Une séance de méditation 
  • Un cours de Yin Yoga (pratique douce et minimaliste, relâchement des tensions en profondeur)
  • Un atelier intéractif de massage thaïlandais
  • Un goûter gourmand : Thé, Café ou jus de fruits bio accompagné d’ un assortiment de pâtisseries françaises faites maison.
  • Une séance de Yoga Nidra (relaxation profonde corps et esprit)

Yinyasa Elemental Flow Series Workshops 2021-2022

From Oct 27th 2021 at 10 am until July 12th 2022 . I will be teaching a series of 90 mn Yinyasa workshops at The Yoga Space Korte Noorderweg 29, 1221 NA Hilversum.

About

Take a moment and imagine standing barefoot out under a clear sky. Feel the earth under your feet, a breeze running through your hair. As the sun shines and warms your face, listen to the song of a water fall nearby. Breathe.

It’s a peaceful moment, one that calls up  the elements of nature : Earth, air, fire, water and ether (space).

You certainly noticed that our day-to-day environment, life stressors, even seasonal changes can make us feel out of balance , even disconnected .

I believe that  natural Elements are the essence of the entire world, both within us and outside of us.  

Everything is connected …

I designed this series of Yinyasa Workshops for you to explore the elements and develop a connection with them in order to help you expanding and harmonizing your relationship with all things.

Through movement, meditation and mindfulness , we will learn to cultivate stability, creativity, strength , peace and harmony in our bodies, minds and in our daily lives.

WHAT  to expect ? 

Each  workshops will  start with start with a short meditation practice, followed by Yin Yoga postures, held for 2 to 5 minutes, allowing us to open the body in a passive way, and to observe thoughts, emotions and sensations. We will then transition to a Vinyasa flow connecting movement to the breath. 

This fusion favours the balance between softness and strength, between flexibility and commitment, between yin and yang energies. 

The class ends with a deep Savasana at the sound of the Koshi bells.

There will be 4 workshops per element to explore a range of practices, depth and intensity in our bodies, hearts and souls.

Yinyasa is a fusion yoga style for everyone, all “levels”, all bodies and all ages. It is not necessary to have already practiced vinyasa and/or yin yoga to start.

Earth is heavy, solid, stable. For this part of the series , we will focus on exploring mobility/stability and grounding practices

Water is smooth, flowing, cool, and flexible. For this part of the series, we will focus on letting go and create a very deep feeling of relaxation and playfulness.

Air is movable, changeable, and light. For this part of the series, we will focus on our personal air element: our breath. 

Attach your mind to your breath and follow its movement in and out.

Fire is hot, intense, powerful, and transformative. For this part of the series, we will concentrate on intensity.

Saturday 11th of September The Yoga Space opens its doors for a day of yoga & music to raise money for De Voedselbank Gooi en Omstreken, a local organistion supporting those in need.

I will be offering a 45 mn Yinyasa Class for this event .
