“Yoga has been a part of my life for over 5 years, my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. 

I found harmony, peace and balance.

A new, complementary and integrative medium to treat and heal heart, body and soul.

Yoga inspires me to live in the here and now and to cultivate love, kindness and compassion.

After working as a clinical psychologist and creative therapist, I decided to carry on with my education to integrate yoga and therapy together .

I completed my 200h Yin/Yang Yoga Teacher training with The Yoga Space and I am currently completing my 300h training in Integrative yoga therapy with My Vinyasa Practice. 

I will forever be grateful to my teachers for sharing their loving wisdom with me and helping me turn my vision into concrete offerings.

In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a touch of mindfulness to help you deepen your practice and guide you on your inner journey.

I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing and healing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, balanced and inspired”
